Hot tub heaven!
Loved the hot tub and the chill vibe at this lodge! Facilities were mostly on point, but wow, that mattress was brutal! The garden area could've used a good clean, lots of bird mess on arrival. Still, the staff were super nice and the bar area was inviting, perfect for evening hangs.

Cleanliness standards left a lot to be desired!!! Frequent issues with maintenance and organization can really detract from the experience!!! Communication with staff needs improvement for timely assistance!!!

The stay at the Hideaway was pleasant, featuring a well-equipped lodge that included a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, and even a lovely hot tub. The surroundings were tranquil, providing a serene environment ideal for relaxation. The friendly staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere, and having a pub on-site was a great addition for evening meals.

The lodge featured a private hot tub, always cozy and ready. Scenic rural surroundings beyond the lodge added to the charm, offering relaxing views that enhanced the experience.
Food availability was a major letdown. no on-site dining left us with limited options, especially considering the nearest shop was miles away. While the hot tub was great, accessing it was tricky due to a steep drop and limited stepping space, which posed challenges for those with mobility issues. We also faced a few practical inconveniences—like a lack of drying options for wet swimwear and missing kitchen essentials, such as an airer and proper utensils, which made cooking a hassle. Lastly, the cleanliness of the lodge wasn't up to par. I noticed areas needing attention upon arrival, affecting the initial impression.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! Explored scenic walks and beaches like Skegness and Cleethorpes, both about 40 miles away. Perfect spot for activities like cycling and fishing. The lounge was spacious and the hot tub was amazing. Just be ready for a remote drive. it’s quite tucked away but worth it for a peaceful retreat.
One downside was the initial welcome. it felt a bit off due to the check-in mix-up and some uncleanliness. The fridge from previous guests needed a thorough check.

Couple getaway with a twist
The hot tub was a real highlight for us it was clean and ready to go upon arrival plus the little welcome pack with tea bags and biscuits was a nice surprise since you usually don't expect that kind of service in a cabin type setup
It was a bit pricey but still decent for what we got
